I think Sitka is worth the money. Comfortable functional hunting clothing makes the experience more enjoyable. I've shot a few deer in my flip flops and shorts recently. Definitely don't need the expensive stuff to get the job done.

Sitka is the first to put a camo pattern on mountain- built clothing. Look at the prices for Mountain Hardwear, Arc'teryx, Marmot, etc. They charge at least as much as Sitka for the same stuff (just non-camo). Sitka also uses silver in its fabric for scent control.
Subsequently, question is, which is warmer Sitka or first lite? Sitka. Warmer, better quality, and better patterns imo. First lite base layers are pretty legit as well but overall I pick Sitka every time.
